Yin Yoga
All levels
A yoga class where you will be supported in the radical act of slowing down and developing meditative awareness in your practice. You will be guided into poses that are held for around 2-5 minutes, focusing on softening, stillness and creating space physically and mentally. There are many possibilities in this practice. Expect layers of inquiry into Chinese energy systems, Taoist philosophy, and connection to nature. Everyone is welcome.
