Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some sites also use your browser’s local storage, which works much the same way. This page lists everything this website stores, who it’s for and how long it lasts. Our privacy policy covers how we use personal information more widely.

Your choice

On your first visit we ask whether you’re happy for us to use analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in the “Only if you accept” list below is set until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, it never is.

You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you switch to Reject, we delete the analytics and advertising cookies already in your browser.

Always on

These are needed for the site to work, so they don’t need your consent.

Name Set by What it does How long
rr_consent The Reset Rooms Remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject, so we don’t ask on every page. Kept in local storage Until you clear your browser
__cf_bm Cloudflare Tells real visitors apart from automated bots, to protect the site 30 minutes

If you’re logged in to manage the website, WordPress also sets cookies to keep you logged in. Visitors never get these.

Only if you accept

Name Set by What it does How long
_ga Google Analytics Recognises your browser between visits, so we can count visitors and see how they found us 2 years
_ga_* Google Analytics Keeps track of your current visit 2 years
_fbp Meta Recognises your browser, so Meta can tell us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, bookings and sign-ups, and show our ads to people likely to be interested 3 months
_fbc Meta Records which Facebook or Instagram ad you clicked to get here 3 months
rr_utms The Reset Rooms Remembers which of our ads, posts or QR codes brought you here, so a sign-up later is still credited to it. Kept in local storage 30 days
rr_book_click_sent The Reset Rooms Stops us counting the same visit to our booking pages twice. Kept in session storage Until you close the tab

Without your consent, Google Analytics still receives a basic signal when a page is viewed, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you or your device. Google uses these signals to estimate overall visitor numbers.

Booking with Momence

Our timetable and booking pages include a booking widget from Momence, who run our bookings and payments. Momence may set its own cookies to run the booking and checkout process, such as keeping you signed in to your account. These are covered by Momence’s privacy policy.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking every cookie may stop parts of the site, such as booking, from working. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on every website.
