What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and water. We have mats, props, and towels.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel or rebook directly through the booking confirmation email, or log into your Momence account.
Is there a cancellation window?
Yes — 6 hours before the class starts. You will be charged £5 for any late cancellations and £10 for no-shows. If you’re stuck, please give us a call; this allows us to offer the spot to someone else and reschedule your class.
Where are you located?
I'm a complete beginner - is that okay?
Absolutely. All of our classes welcome all levels and our teachers will look after you.
