Founder Membership — Terms and Conditions

Effective from date of purchase

These terms apply to all founder memberships purchased ahead of the opening of The Reset Rooms. Please read them before completing your purchase. By purchasing a founder membership you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. What You’re Buying

A founder membership is an annual membership to The Reset Rooms, purchased ahead of the studio’s opening at a permanently discounted rate. It is not a product, voucher, or credit — it is membership access, beginning on the date the studio opens.

Founder memberships are available in two tiers:

• All Access — £2,400 per year. Unlimited reformer pilates, unlimited mat classes, and unlimited sauna and cold plunge.
• Mat & Recovery — £1,400 per year. Unlimited mat classes, 12 sauna and cold plunge sessions per year, and 25% off reformer and additional sauna and cold plunge packages.

The rate you pay at the time of purchase is your permanent annual rate, locked in for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Standard pricing will apply to all memberships taken out after the founding period closes.

Every founding member will receive a curated welcome gift on or around the date the studio opens.

2. Opening Date

The Reset Rooms is anticipated to open in summer 2025. This date is a target, not a contractual commitment. Studio openings are subject to factors outside our control, including construction timelines, licensing, and regulatory approvals.

We will keep all founding members informed of any material changes to the anticipated opening date.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your membership begins on the date the studio opens, not the date of payment. The period between payment and opening does not form part of your annual membership term.

All prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

We want founding members to feel confident purchasing ahead of opening. Our refund position is straightforward:

• If the studio does not open, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee, no questions asked.
• If you change your mind before the studio opens, you may request a full refund at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Once the studio has opened and your membership has activated, the standard cancellation terms will apply. These will be communicated to all members prior to opening.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of your request being received.

5. Annual Renewal

Founder memberships are annual. At the end of your first year, your membership will be offered for renewal at the same founder rate. We will contact you with renewal details no less than 30 days before your membership expires.

We reserve the right to discontinue the founder rate if a membership lapses and is not renewed within 30 days of the expiry date.

6. Transferability

Founder memberships and the associated discounted rate are personal to the named member. They are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

Gifted memberships purchased via the gift option at point of sale are subject to the same terms once the recipient has claimed and activated the membership.

7. Health, Safety and Studio Rules

All members will be required to complete a health and safety waiver prior to their first visit. Participation in classes, use of the sauna, and use of the cold plunge are subject to the studio’s terms of use, which will be provided to all members prior to opening.

The Reset Rooms reserves the right to refuse access where health and safety requirements have not been met.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify founding members by email no less than 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of your membership following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset Rooms’ liability to you in connection with your founder membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
