4BEAT – A dynamic vinyasa practice where breath and movement sync to a slow steady beat. The result is a kind of moving meditation: rhythmic, immersive and surprisingly grounding. The 4BEAT approach, created by Marcus Veda at Mission. Adventurous beginners, alongside regular practitioners, all following the same beat.
