A class where you will be supported in the radical act of slowing down and developing meditative awareness in your practice. You will be guided into poses that are held for around 2-5 minutes, focusing on softening, stillness and creating space physically and mentally. There are many possibilities in this practice. Expect layers of inquiry into Chinese energy systems, Taoist philosophy, and connection to nature.
This will be complimented by live sound including singing bowls and traditional instruments like drums, rainstick, chimes, bells and mantra to immerse you into an environment of rest and relaxation.
