There has never been more choice or more information about health, fitness, wellbeing and longevity. Yet many of us still struggle to exercise regularly.
This workshop will help you understand why different kinds of movement matter. We’ll look at resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and mobility, what each can do for you, and how they fit into a balanced approach.
There will be plenty of room for questions. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s worth doing for you and why, so it’s easier to choose activities you want to keep coming back to.
