This class pays respect to the classical reformer exercises and sequencing whilst still performed on our contemporary beds. Exercises build seamlessly into the next focusing on precise, mindful movement that builds core stability and strength. A steady guided pace makes it ideal for refining technique and deepening your Pilates practise.
