Kalena Muir
Kalena has always had a passion for movement. As a former professional ballet dancer, she discovered the importance of adding Pilates to her daily routine to build strength, improve technique and manage injuries. Certified with internationally recognised BASI Pilates, Kalena draws on multiple disciplines to help clients build strength, improve flexibility and feel empowered in the studio and in everyday life. She brings a down-to-earth approach to her sessions and is renowned for creating a supportive space that is both challenging and accessible.
