Vinyasa Yoga

All levels

A yoga class where you will be guided through flowing movements aligned with the breath at a steady pace, building energetically to a peak and slowing down into stillness and rest. Open to all, having some experience of physical practices will be beneficial. Your teacher will bring their own unique style and sequencing to create a balance of support and challenge in your practice.

  • Some experience recommended
  • Returning from injury (please tell your instructor)
  • During pregnancy (with instructor guidance)

This class may not be suitable for those with wrist injuries, please check with your Dr and instructor.
