Vinyasa (heated)
All levels
A yoga class in infrared heat (33-35 degrees), warming the body from the inside, where you will be guided through flowing movements aligned with the breath at a steady pace, building energetically to a peak and slowing down into stillness and rest. Having some experience of physical practices will be beneficial and being mindful of safety precautions in the heated space. Your teacher will bring their own unique style and sequencing to create a balance of support and challenge in your practice.

This class is not advisable for those who are pregnant / experiencing cardiovascular conditions such as high or low blood pressure / a history of heatstroke, heat exhaustion, or a natural intolerance to high temperatures. Please consult with your Doctor if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking medication before practicing.
