The Reset (heated)

The Reset (heated) – The Reset Rooms signature yoga set sequence for all.
Expect to move slowly enough to focus and reset — with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and presence over pace. Being mindful of safety precautions as the studio will be heated to 33 degrees through heated air and infrared.
This class is ideal for beginners and people wishing to focus on technique, simplicity, the benefits of repetition over time and an all round physical practice to reset in your day.

This class is not advisable for those who are pregnant / experiencing cardiovascular conditions such as high or low blood pressure / a history of heatstroke, heat exhaustion, or a natural intolerance to high temperatures. Please consult with your Doctor if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking medication before practicing.
