Strength Flow (heated)
All levels · 60 minutes
A higher intensity class in infrared heat, warming your body from the inside. You will be guided in how to strengthen your core muscles. Expect to flow through poses focused on building technique and stability. A great compliment to other forms of practice. Suitable for anyone who wants a challenge and to sweat. Having some experience of physical practices will be beneficial and being mindful of safety precautions in the heated space.

This class is not advisable for those who are pregnant / experiencing cardiovascular conditions such as high or low blood pressure / a history of heatstroke, heat exhaustion, or a natural intolerance to high temperatures. Please consult with your Doctor if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking medication before practicing.
