Designed with expectant mothers in mind this class emphasises strength, stability and mobility in a safe, supportive way. Expect a thoughtful flow that focuses on core connection, pelvic floor awareness, breath work, and alignment to support the body through all stages of life. Our instructors provide plenty of options and modifications so every body can move confidently and comfortably.
Ideal for: Pre and post natal clients, people recovering from injuries, beginners, or anyone who wants to slow down and move with intention.
