“We’ve built The Reset Rooms with so much care, and I’m incredibly excited to finally welcome people in. More than anything, I want it to feel open, warm and genuinely welcoming - a place where people can move, recover, take time for themselves and feel completely at home from the moment they arrive.”

A few things people ask
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking ahead for any free classes or workshops, as spaces will be limited. You’re very welcome to drop in for tours, to meet the team and explore the studio, but booking will give you the best chance of securing a place in the sessions you’d like to join.
Are the classes and workshops really free?
Yes. Our opening day classes and workshops are free as a way of welcoming you into the studio and giving you a feel for what The Reset Rooms is all about. Spaces may be limited, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance where possible.
What will be happening on the day?
You’ll be able to try free classes and workshops, take a tour of the studio, meet some of our teachers and explore the space. We’ll also have a few special opening-day extras, including free gifts and embroidery on gifted or purchased sauna hats.
Can I come even if I’m new to yoga, Pilates or wellness studios?
Absolutely. The day is designed to feel open, relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re already experienced or completely new. You can come to take a class, ask questions, meet the teachers or simply have a look around.
Will I be able to meet the teachers?
Yes. Some of our teachers will be there throughout the day, so you can say hello, ask about classes and get a sense of the different styles we’ll be offering. It’s a lovely chance to find the right starting point for you.
What should I bring with me?
If you’re joining a class or workshop, wear something comfortable to move in and bring a water bottle. We’ll let you know in advance if anything specific is needed for your chosen session.
Can I just come for a look around?
Yes, please do. You don’t need to take a class to come along – you’re very welcome to visit, have a tour, meet the team and get a feel for the studio.
