Standard membership is £140/month. As a founding member, you pay £1,400/year — saving £280.
Built for those who want a grounded practice and regular recovery time.

Standard memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment on a 6-month contract. Founder memberships are annual, one-time, and will never be offered again at this rate.

Is this a one-off payment?
Yes – it’s a single upfront payment covering 12 months of full access from the day we open. No monthly instalments, no hidden add-ons.
Does the membership renew?
Yes. After 12 months your membership will automatically renew at the same founder rate – locked in for as long as you stay a member. You’ll receive a reminder before any renewal is taken.
When does the studio open?
We’re opening in late June 2026 in Crouch End, North London.
When does my membership start?
Your membership begins on your first visit, not when you purchase. So whether you come in on opening day or a few weeks later, your full 12 months starts from the moment you first walk through the door.
What if I move or can no longer use my membership?
We understand circumstances change. Founding memberships can be transferred to a friend or converted to class vouchers – just get in touch and we’ll sort it.
How many founding memberships are there?
Just 20 – once they’re gone, they’re gone and standard pricing applies.
What's included in the welcome gift?
Every founding member receives a curated selection of products chosen by us, from independent brands we believe in and work with. We’ll have it ready for you at the door on your first visit.
Can I give a founding membership as a gift?
Yes – there’s a gift option at checkout on both memberships. Once the recipient claims it, the membership is theirs at the founder rate, subject to our standard terms.
What's the difference between All Access and Mat & Recovery?
All Access gives you unlimited everything – reformer, mat classes, sauna and cold plunge. Mat & Recovery is built around mat-based practice with 12 sauna and cold plunge sessions included per year, plus 25% off reformer classes and additional sauna sessions if you want them. Both are founder-priced.
